Our first stop will be the Topkapi Palace, the former imperial residence of Ottoman Sultans and the oldest and the largest remaining palaces in the world. After visiting Topkapi Palace, next place to be seen will be Grand Covered Bazaar, most attractive shopping centre and the biggest "souk" in the world with nearly 4000 shops selling antiques, jewellery, gold, carpets, leather ware and souvenir. We will continue with Spice Bazaar (Egyptian Bazaar), mystical smells of different aromas of various spices. Shops selling fruits, vegetables, fish, flowers etc. Bosphorus Cruise, (Public Boat) through the waterway separating the two continents, Europe and Asia, with a possibility to take photographs of marble palaces, ancient wooden villas of Ottoman architecture besides modern residential and luxurious apartments. Rumeli Fortress (from the boat – no interior visit), historical armament built by the Conqueror to control and protect the Bosphorus. A unique example of military architecture. Dolmabahçe Palace, recent residence for Ottoman Sultans built by two Ottoman architects Karabet and Nikogos Balyan on a 110.000 m² area and served as the main administrative centre of the Ottoman Empire. After breakfast, we will meet you at your hotel and leave for a full-day Bosphorus tour. We will visit the two continents of Istanbul. Will start with visiting the City Walls Constantinople’s great city walls were breached only twice in 1600 years. Then we will continue with Golden Horn, which is a natural and extremely secure harbour; the Golden Horn has played an important role in the development of Istanbul. The inlet separates the European shore into two. Golden Horn is approximately 8 km long, and the widest part is the entrance from the Bosphorus. Let us continue with Spice Bazaar (Egyptian Bazaar) mystical smells of different aromas of various spices. After the lunch will go to see, Beylerbeyi Palace which was the summer residence of Ottoman Sultans on the Asian side with its original furniture, magnificent gardens, and the Harem. Camlica Hill is one of the highest points in Istanbul. At the top of it, you can rest and admire the magnificent panorama of Istanbul and the Bosphorus. After the tour, back to the hotel.

2 Days Cappadocia Tours from Istanbul (with domestic flight)

Day 1: Early in the morning transfer to airport for flight to Cappadocia region and arrive to Kayseri airport. After arrival to Cappadocia, first meeting with the lunar landscape of Cappadocia: rock formations and mini walking in Pasabag near Zelve; “fairy chimneys” where the voice of wind mixes with the “songs of fairies”. Visit the famous Goreme Open Air Museum and see the best examples of Byzantine art in Cappadocia in rock-cut churches with frescoes and paintings (10th to 13th century). Continue to Uchisar Rock-Castle to have a panoramic view of the valleys of Cappadocia. Overnight in Cappadocia.Day 2: In the early morning, hot air balloon tour. (Optional!) You will be back at your hotel around 08.00 am. After the breakfast, Drive to Ihlara Valley for hiking. Visit the churches, which are covered by frescoes, the walking, distance is around 4km. Lunch at a local restaurant next to the river bank of Melendiz River of Ihlara Valley. After the lunch, visit Selime Cathedral and the biggest underground city of Derinkuyu. We also pass through the Nar Crater Lake during our journey. Afterwards, we drive to Kayseri airport and fly back to Istanbul.
